Why would you want to learn how to DJ?
Learning to DJ is a fun and creative way to express yourself through music. Well thats what the AI wrote so I'll tell you why I wanted to learn DJing below. ​

How difficult is it to learn the skill?

Learning to DJ can be challenging if you don't have the right help, scrolling through YouTube trying to choose the right equipment or learning how to transition from one song to the next with no ability to ask questions can be difficult, thats why we want to give that 1 to 1 experience to people to help them learn faster and easier.

How long does it take to learn the basics?

Learning the basics of DJing can take some time. Thankfully as we have a mountain of knowledge to pass along with real world hands on experience, it really can help shorten the time it would take to learn what you actually need to know down to 1 or 2 sessions. This does depend on learning style and how and what you want to focus on and learn but we will be there to work with you to reach your goals weather thats learning as many simple basics in 1 session, or having a budget of 3 sessions and you want to fit everything you need to know into that time frame for maybe an upcoming event.

Is this right for me? / What do I have to gain?

North West DJ School can enhance your skills if you already know the basics and want to take your DJing to the next level. You'll have access to experienced instructors and professional equipment, which will allow you to learn techniques and receive valuable feedback to improve upon as well as tweaks to make sure you know what to focus on moving forward. ​Learning DJing from a professional team can provide you a faster and more enjoyable learning experience as we always do 1 to 1 training and also are more than happy to answer any questions as they arise. Yes, simply put, you don't have to have ambition to force yourself to commit to a career when booking with us. You can just experience the best equipment around and see if you want to learn more. Give yourself the opportunity to gain an interest of music and DJing and this will also allow you to think of music from a different perspective...

WHY North West DJ School?

My name is Reece, I have been employed as a DJ for years with my current agency and have had a brilliant path into the DJ lifestyle, getting the chance to work with and learn from some of the most amazing people in the industry, getting to work in some of the biggest nightclubs in the UK, meeting some of the most talented people on the planet and experiencing opportunity's I thought would never be possible. I want to help give people an insight into the most amazing career path and hopefully light a spark for people... Help them realise that as a DJ you hold so much power in your hands to make people feel so many different emotions and create special moments for people on either private events like weddings or for a public audience, helping them feel the right groove to maybe feel a short release from the normal, 9 to 5 job with not much to feel passionate about, but once they are on that dancefloor they're only listening to you. Its your choice of song in the moment, you're choice of energy to bring to a crowd that will make people want to live life a little better, meet people, experience the world and to follow what you enjoy the most. Its not just about getting drunk 1 night a week in the club for most people, its about letting your guard down and being open to see where the night goes. 

That is why I DJ, and that is why I have passion to bring to the table to teach people one of the best ways to inflict happiness on others. Ive been dedicated to building a team of DJs for our public and private events and I don't want that to stop any time soon. Choose the right teacher that actually cares about you learning something.
